Unfortunate experience here. I’ve had good luck with Peterson in the past, but my recent experience was frustrating and expensive. TLDR: Was told that the timeline on repairs had been extended by 3 days… less than ten minutes after I signed and sent approval for the work. At the end of the 4th day, I’m told that they’re still waiting to receive a part, and that the vehicle will (hopefully) be ready on day 5. Tons of money needlessly blown on Uber due to misleading timelines. Main issue left unaddressed after a couple thousand dollars and recommended fixes. Full Story: I set up an appointment for 9am on a Monday (store opening) to get some issues with my truck addressed. The person on the phone was friendly and implied that I could have it back by the end of the day, or at worst by the end of the next day. Issues were diagnosed pretty quickly and I was sent over a detailed list of recommended maintenance with pictures. I actually really appreciated that. Within ten minutes of signing and sending over my approval for the work ($2000+), I get a text saying they won’t be able to have the truck ready till Thursday. Yiiiiiiikes. This is my first experience with mechanic needs. I went online and read the reviews that’s how I chose Peterson automotive. Alex the front desk clerk was incredible. They took such great care of us and had our vehicle ready as promised. They’re reasonably priced and did the diagnostic without a charge. Oh I absolutely love their hold music hahahahaha! Justin checked on us a couple of weeks afterwards to see how we were doing. I truly appreciate the experience.

Highly recommend! My father recommended this automotive shop to me, and I’m really glad he did. They provided great service, were honest and professional throughout the process, and their pricing was very reasonable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience stress-free. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I would definitely come back and recommend them to others.

I love taking my vehicle here. Fantastic service, honest work, and I always look forward to the debrief about any future maintenance on my car that I should keep an eye on. The suggestions never feel forced, and I, someone who does not know a lot about vehicles has learned a lot from this shop and their members. I even bought a car off of Facebook marketplace after a pre purchase inspection here and I am so happy to have trusted them.

Tried to fix my own vehicle finally had to throw in the towel. This shop came highly recommended and I sure am glad I checked them out. Clearly communicating throughout the process, honest and transparent, and my old car is driving better than it ever has. Not the cheapest nor should they be for the level and quality of service they provide. Keep up the good work, guys!
